Please understand that all information is held in strict confidentiality but is always subject to the usual exclusions dictated by state and federal laws and
regulations.
Mechelle does not diagnose or promise healing for any of her sessions. These sessions are a holistic complementary and integrative energy based therapy that is accomplished through the use of contact and/or non-contact touch. I understand that she is not a licensed physician and that her services are not licensed by the state. I understand it is my responsibility to maintain a relationship for myself with a medical professional, if I so desire.
Except in the case of gross negligence, all parties agree to fully release and hold harmless, Mechelle Wingle, from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).
For the website.
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.
