The 12-step programs have been successful in recovering what has been lost for those with addictions, codependency issues, dysfunctional family patterns, weight loss, perfectionism, and more for almost a century with their step-by-step approach. Too often, when seeking healing, we take on too much and make big promises to ourselves. We start off strong, but then get overpowered by all we committed to do. We may feel like a failure, and like we've moved backwards.

I've been there too.

I didn't know much about the 12 steps until I read the book Codependency No More and something clicked. If we let go of all the "supposed to" and "shoulds" and simply focus on one thing, we can move forward at a steady pace. There is no backward, there is only momentum. The only timeline is your timeline.

I have taken the best of what the 12 steps offer together with my unique training and gifts and heaven's inspiration and built a program,                                              to help you not just recover but move to a place of thriving.
