Travel costs outside of 50 miles not included. Topics can include: GOAL ACHIEVING - move to the next level WEIGHT LOSS & BODY LOVE - all the how-to's plus learning to love the one you're in HEALING AND UNDERSTANDING TRAUMA - finding wholeness together GRIEF WORK - supporting the pain FEELING GOOD - energize and invigorate.
